The painful shoulder
The most useful cluster: painful arc (60–120°), positive empty can (resisted abduction with thumb down), positive external rotation lag or weakness, and intact passive range. Active limitation with preserved passive range points to the cuff; global loss of both active and passive suggests frozen shoulder instead.
English terminology · rotator cuff
The four-muscle tendon unit (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, subscapularis) that stabilises the glenohumeral joint during arm movement.

A few things to know
Is Imtaz a complete course or only a question bank?
A complete course. Lessons teach each topic, terminology is built in, inline checks and section quizzes confirm understanding, and a timed mock exam measures readiness. Questions alone are not the product.
What can candidates try for free?
The first two course domains, with no card needed. Both include every lesson, the terminology, quizzes, and notes.
How long does access last?
Full access is a one-time payment with no fixed expiry date. It is not a subscription and never renews.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy at imtaz.app/refund.
