Imtaz

Terms of Service

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Imtaz when you use imtaz.app. Please read them before you create an account or buy full access.

Who we are

Imtaz is an independent preparation course for the SCFHS Physical Therapy examination, run by an individual developer based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at support@imtaz.app.

Who can use Imtaz

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Imtaz is not directed at children, and we close any account we learn belongs to someone under 18.

Your account

Keep your password private and your email address current. An account is for one person; sharing it or reselling access is not allowed. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Free and paid access

The first two course domains are free. Full access opens every domain, the practice questions and the timed mock exam for a single one-time payment.

Full access is not a subscription: nothing renews and you will never be charged again for it. It has no fixed expiry date.

Payment

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record: Polar sells you the purchase, handles card details and taxes, and issues your receipt. Imtaz never sees or stores your card details. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) before you pay.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The Refund Policy at imtaz.app/refund explains how.

What Imtaz is, and is not

Imtaz is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). It does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and nothing in it is medical advice or a substitute for professional clinical judgement.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, republish or sell course content; do not try to bypass the paywall or access controls; and do not interfere with the service or other users.

Content and your notes

The course content belongs to Imtaz or its licensors and is licensed to you for personal study only. Your notes stay yours; you allow us to store them and show them to you so the service works.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material on Imtaz infringes your copyright, email support@imtaz.app with: the work you own, where it appears on Imtaz, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner and that the information is accurate. We review every notice and remove material that infringes.

Ending your use

You can stop using Imtaz at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@imtaz.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

We work to keep Imtaz accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Imtaz is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes go to its competent courts. If a translation of these terms differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
