Refund Policy

Full access is a one-time payment. If it is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days.
14 days, no questions asked
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
How to ask
Email support@imtaz.app from the address you bought with, or include that address in your message. We issue the refund through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
What happens to your account
Access to the paid domains and the mock exam ends when the refund is issued. Your account, the free domains, your notes and your progress stay.
After 14 days
Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law requires a refund or you were charged in error, for example twice for the same purchase.
Nothing to cancel
Full access is not a subscription. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again, so there is nothing to cancel.
