Your preparation, from first lesson to timed mock
Step 1
Learn the topic
Structured lessons teach one concept at a time — explained in Arabic, English, or French, with key points and clinical examples.
The Painful Shoulder — Key point
Key point
The most useful cluster: painful arc (60–120°), positive empty can (resisted abduction with thumb down), positive external rotation lag or weakness, and intact passive range. Active limitation with preserved passive range points to the cuff.
English terminology
rotator cuffالكفة المدوّرة — مجموعة الأوتار الأربعة المثبّتة لرأس العضد.
Clinical example
A 48-year-old tailor reports 3 months of worsening shoulder stiffness. Active elevation 95°, passive 100° — both grossly limited. This is adhesive capsulitis, not a cuff problem.
Step 2
Understand the English terminology
Each lesson introduces its exam terms. The term stays English; the explanation follows your language, with a glossary to revisit.
- rotator cuffالكفة المدوّرة
- adhesive capsulitisالتهاب المحفظة الالتصاقي
- painful arcقوس الألم
Step 3
Practise as you read
Inline checks inside the lesson and a quiz at the end of every section — on exactly what was just taught.
Inline check · English, like the exam
Active elevation is limited to 80° but passive elevation reaches 170° with pain at end-range. Which structure is the PRIMARY suspect?
- ARotator cuff (extra-articular)
- BAdhesive capsulitis (capsular restriction)
- CCervical radiculopathy
- DGlenohumeral osteoarthritis
Step 4
Review the explanations
Every answered question explains itself, your notes attach to the step you were reading, and your best scores are kept.
Section quiz
5/6
Best score kept · every answer explained
Q4 · Which finding points to the cuff?
Preserved passive range with painful active movement points extra-articularly — to the rotator cuff.
Step 5
Complete the timed mock
150 English questions against a running clock, then a results screen that shows where you stand, domain by domain.
A 42-year-old tennis player reports sharp pain localised to the top of the shoulder, reproduced by a cross-body adduction test and by palpation over the acromioclavicular joint line. Active elevation is full and painless. What is the MOST likely source?
- AAcromioclavicular joint pain
- BSubacromial impingement of the supraspinatus
- CRotator cuff full-thickness tear
- DAdhesive capsulitis

Disconnected PDFs and notes
Material scattered across drives and group chats, with no sense of what belongs where.
02
Videos without a clear study order
Long playlists that never add up to the blueprint you are actually tested on.
03
Questions without enough explanation
Answer keys that say what is correct, but not why — so the gap never closes.
04
Difficulty understanding English terminology
You know the concept in your own language, but the exam only asks in English.

Weeks of studying with no honest picture of what is covered and what is not.
Imtaz replaces the pile with one structured path: learn, check your understanding, and measure your preparation in the same place.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Imtaz a complete course or only a question bank?
A complete course. Lessons teach each topic, terminology is built in, inline checks and section quizzes confirm understanding, and a timed mock exam measures readiness. Questions alone are not the product.
Which exam and blueprint does it cover?
The SCFHS Physical Therapy examination. The curriculum is structured around the recorded SCFHS Physical Therapy blueprint — ten domains with their recorded blueprint weights.
Is Imtaz affiliated with SCFHS?
No. Imtaz is an independent preparation course structured around the published exam blueprint. It is not endorsed, approved, or accredited by SCFHS.
Can candidates learn from the beginning?
Yes. Sections teach from the fundamentals of each domain and build toward exam-level questions, so a candidate can start a topic from zero.
Which languages are supported?
Learning support is available in Arabic, English, and French. You can switch the explanation language inside a lesson.
Why are assessments in English?
The exam assesses in English. Lessons explain concepts in your language while keeping every assessment and every English medical terminology term in English, so practice matches the real conditions.
How are lessons and questions connected?
Every section teaches first, then checks: inline checks appear inside the lesson, a section quiz closes it, and every question carries an explanation linking back to what was taught.
What does the mock exam include?
One timed mock of 150 English questions in a single three-hour sitting, with a question navigator, autosaved answers, and a results review by domain.
What can candidates try for free?
The first two course domains, with no card needed. Both include every lesson, the terminology, quizzes, and notes.
How long does access last?
Full access is a one-time payment with no fixed expiry date. It is not a subscription and never renews.
Does Imtaz guarantee a pass?
No. No course can guarantee a pass. Imtaz provides structured teaching, practice, and an honest measure of your preparation.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy at imtaz.app/refund.
How can candidates get support?
Email support@imtaz.app. Inside any lesson or quiz you can also report a content problem directly.
